Appetizer Special: Italian Stuffed potato Skin (available vegan and gluten free): $12.50

Roasted potato skin stuffed with French lentils, sweet potato, mixed squash, Italian herbs and seasonings.  Served over sweet and sour plum tomato sauce (plum tomato, garlic, ginger, seasonings, coriander) topped with cheddar cheese or vegan cheese, roasted garlic, avocado aioli and micro greens.

Seasonal greens, navy beans, corn kernel, green peas, EVOO, Sea salt, garlic, shallot topped with pumpkin seeds.

Baby spinach, mix greens, shaved fennel, Brussel sprouts, carrot, radish, golden beets, topped with sunflower seeds, fig and thyme dressing and parmesan cheese.

Cauliflower, Broccolini, oyster mushroom, red pepper, caramelized onion, mozzarella and goat cheese topped with basil.

Entrée special: Baked Pumpkin Glazed Tofu  ( vegan and gluten free) $21.99

Extra firm tofu marinated overnight with pumpkin puree, garlic powder, onion powder, fresh herbs, lemon juice, salt and pepper.  Served with garbanzo bean and green pea cake, artichoke veloute, topped with balsamic drizzle and micro greens.
