Kale green, black beans, corn, sundried tomato, E.V.O.O, garlic, shallots, sea salt, topped with sunflower seeds.

Salad special: fennel and roasted pear salad $14.00

Mix greens, spinach, plum tomato, cucumber, roasted pear, fennel, artichoke hearts, avocado, topped with cranberries.  Served with goat cheese and house dressing.


Pizza special: farmer veg pizza $15.00

Mozzarella, goat cheese, roasted butternut squash, red bliss potato, Crimini mushroom,  mixed (green and red pepper, broccoli) topped with basil.


Entrée Special: Baked Spinach Tofu  (V,GF,NF) $19.99

Organic extra firm tofu marinated overnight with ginger, garlic, spinach, cilantro, Indian spices, all ground up and poured into tofu, baked slowly.  Served with kale and red bliss potato fritter, yellow lentil stew, grilled asparagus, finished with red pepper coulis and chopped cilantro on top.
