Green bell pepper roasted and stuffed with sweet potato, butternut squash, corn, green peas, Veggie sausage, kale, onions, seasoned with fresh herbs, served with cashew cream and avocado crostini, finished with goat cheese on top.

Organic seasonal greens, black beans, sweet potato, lotus root, shallots, garlic, E.V.O.O., sea salt and sesame seeds.

Hand pressed organic tofu overnight marinated in persimmon, lemon juice, olive oil, mirin and fine herbs, grilled to perfect served with persimmon puree, mustard glazed French beans, broccoli, topped with crispy fried lotus root, balsamic reduction, finished with green oil on top.
