Vegan “meat balls” made of (soy, onion, celery, carrot, bell peppers, and Italian seasonings) Served over sweet and tangy tomato sauce, topped with roasted sesame seeds and scallions.

 Pizza Special:  (available gluten free and vegan) $14.00

Mozzarella, goat cheese, sautéed shitake mushroom, corn kernel, broccoli, sundried tomato, sweet red pepper, caramelized onion topped with fresh basil.

Pear and Quinoa Salad (G/F Available vegan) $13.00

Roasted pear, quinoa, artichoke, arugula, spinach, tempeh bacon, roasted pinenuts, Vermont goat cheese and house dressing.

Entrée Special: Oven baked Tahini Tofu   (V, GF, NF) $19.99

Organic extra firm tofu marinated overnight with onion, garlic powder, lemon juice, parsley, olive oil, tahini, all ground well and poured into tofu,  cooked slowly.  Served with five bean patty with broccoli, green tomatillo sauce, grilled asparagus, Florentine stuffed potato baked with goat cheese or vegan cheese, balsamic reduction, black eye pepper salsa and parsley.
